After starting your space, select the perspectives you want to prioritize. When a new person joins they'll be able to choose the perspectives they identify with from this list. They can also suggest perspectives of their own that were not listed if they feel the need.
Every new space starts out with pronouns, workspace, and introvert/extrovert, but you can add, remove, or create your own to better reflect your community.
Perspectives are never revealed for specific people. They are only shown in aggregate in the context of check-ins and surveys. If you need help you selecting the perspectives that are best suited for your goals feel free to reach out.
Creating custom sets of perspectives specific to your organization is easy. Add things like departments, job titles, office locations, or different skill sets that are crucial to your company or organization.

You can find the QR code & join link under "invite people" in the top left corner. Again, as people join they'll be asked to self-identify across the perspectives you previously selected for your space. With this information, Uni can put together a comprehensive visual breakdown of the perspectives that make up your space.

Give the members of your space the opportunity to raise awareness around areas they feel need improvement by running monthly check ins at your company or organization.
Each check-in consists of just two questions asking if they, themselves, feel included and which other perspectives they feel could to be more included. Check ins take less than 30 seconds to complete and results are shared anonymously.
Reports are available after 3 or more people have checked in. They are continuously updated as more responses are collected. In the report you'll find suggestions around which perspectives in your space you should try and include more into decisions, which ones have low representation, and what new perspectives you should consider using in your space.
New check-ins are generated on the first Monday of the month, and are open to members of the space for the remainder of the month. This information is invaluable in understanding how the members of your space feel and how you can improve the overall sense of inclusion and belonging.

Take the perspective data that you've collected by running check ins and see how it looks across different topics by sending out surveys. Add any number of questions, pick responses for each, and choose the relevant perspectives you want included.

Uni visualizes everyone's feedback so it's easy to understand. After you've responded to a question you'll be able to view the results in one of two ways.
The first will show you the percentage of people who voted for each response as well as their perspectives. The size of each perspective is relative to the number of people who chose that response.
The second shows you the level of engagement for each perspective. Again the size is relative to the number of people, but in addition the horizontal position will show you how engaged each perspective is.
Perspectives that haven't engaged at all are shown at the bottom of the screen so that everyone involved on the question is aware and can help remedy the problem.
With this information you will not only be making more equitable decisions which acknowledge the people you work with, but you will be making more well rounded and confident decisions because you'll be able to include more diverse perspectives than ever before.
